100cc Open(FKE-1) was a national class at the IKF roadrace grand nationals this year at Buttonwillow raceway in California. The KART weights for 100 open and A-Limited were derived from the IKF rulebook.   Hopefully SWRA will continue to have it next year when they have the IKF nationals.

I like the idea...if SWRA would copy the KART rules for the class. IKF (SWRA) does not have a 100cc open class. I think SWRA offered it this year under the KART rules and no one showed.   You can run a 100 cc open in the 125/150 open class @ 360 #. If you could make a place for the controlled and stock appearing motors you might find a couple of people that have those on the shelf that would be willing to give it a go.

1999 Cyclone. Raced in Yamaha limited for the past 6 or so years. National league motor built by Dikk  Spoonts. Axle clutch. Hegar front wheel brakes. All american.   2005 or so Cyclone. Used it in 100 open and Superstock. Roller.   100cc IKF legal Parilla Reedjet. 105cc open Komet K78 116cc open Komet K78 Tons of spare KT100 cases, cranks, jugs, heads, ign parts Thousands of spare parts (15 years worth), 35t sprockets, 219t sprockets, Brake parts, belt drive stuff, hubs, headers, etc. 4 kart stands...2 rolling, one winch, one folding. self contained starter. 5x8 enclosed trailer...looks crappy but structurally sound. With some new skin it would look nice. New tires early this year. New leaf springs 2 years ago. 34mm mikuni alcohol carb.   1" venturi mikuni alcohol carb. open pipe for Komets or Parilla.
