GENERAL
All SWRA events are run under IKF rules unless a SWRA local option class is not
covered by the IKF rules. IKF rules are found in the "IKF Competition
Regulations and Technical Manual". The latest version is located in Karter News
Magazine and published every December. Updates are published every month in
Karter News.
Rules specific to road racing and are found in section 300. Engine rules are
located in section 600. General rules are in section 100.
Please be aware that if there is a contradiction in the rules, then the
rule in the highest numbered section overrides all others in higher numbered sections.

(id and length).
2.7 CLUTCH - OEM, as supplied with engine from manufacturer and as per factory
specifications. Non-adjustable, single disk or shoe type clutch only. Clutch
engagement not to exceed 7,000 RPM. To be tested on grid with remote RPM meter
attached to the spark plug lead Test procedure clutch engagement will be tested
at full throttle with kart held still against brake and clutch will not exceed
